There are more than a few honorable mentions in the fashion department including Serena's multiple-divorcee mother Lily Bass, certified meddler Vanessa Abrams, and resident villain Georgina Sparks. Lily has a classy, age appropriate style, that is always put together and never lacking an accessory or upscale touch. She and Serena both love statement jewelry, so it clearly runs in the family.

Vanessa, who was introduced as Dan's best friend from Brooklyn, has the most eccentric style of any character on the show.
