So as you know I've been on the lookout for a sunscreen that I'm not allergic to, and...... I finally found it! The specific ingredient I'm allergic to is the most common one in sunscreen (I don't know the name of it exactly, but it starts with a P), so my doctor recommended La Roche Posay sunscreen.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find it, so my mom tried the drugstore and the lady there gave her a sample of Bioderma Photoderm 60 SPF Sunscreen. It has a high protection UVA-UVB level, it's moisturizing, and isn't oily. I tried it and luckily didn't have a reaction so we got one for about $8(CAD) from the local drugstore. They even said that if I end up having a reaction I can bring the receipt and they will give me a full refund. Woo! Now I won't get even darker on my trip!
